Man big props for catching that with your pup. I am about 99% sure your team thinks the door company is the big fat liar and not you. I know all too well how it feels when some other party in a process drops the ball and the buck stops with you, but at the end of the day, you can only control what you can control and just try to mitigate damage for what’s outside of that

My husband and I started watching it a few months ago and it's great. (Well, at least as of the fifth season.)
Gloria is—by far—my favorite character in the show. I love her. Meanwhile, Cam and Mitchell are me and my husband.

I love Cam & Mitchell, and it's hard to pick a favorite... I would have to go with Phil, he's so fucking positive and that's just not me, so I enjoy him and Jay, he gets the best one liners and Manny.. And I think season 9 & 10 are some of the best! Enjoy.

I have this big piece of antique furniture that I bought that had a leg damaged in shipping. I have been lying to myself for a year now saying I would find someone to create a new leg to match and fix it. Tonight I decided: fuck it. It’s serving me no purpose propped up in storage and if I was going to logistically find someone to actually fix it, it would have happened by now. No one wants big dark wood furniture enough to buy it and fix it. So I took a hammer to the other feet of that bitch and evened her right out. Going to get it set up now but man do I feel the power surging through me

The first time I saw it it had been ages since I watched the original but this time around I just watched the original earlier this week so we'll see if that changes my impression.

My husband wasn’t feeling any of the horror movies we saw (he’s not really a fan of horror in general), so we binged the second half of the second season of Netflix’s Locke and Key. Pretty good!
Now I’m parkouring and killing zombies in Dying Light 2.
Tomorrow night, I think I’ll watch Halloween Ends. I hear it’s “different.”

I am in a onesie on my couch because I spent $400 on my dog today preventing a $1900 overnight hospital visit because I recognized the signs of HGE quickly enough to pause it before it wrecked her. Did you know no emergency vets are taking animals right now? Also shout out to Mechanicsville animal hospital for literally taking my crazy ass seriously and helping me today - I will go to bat for them every day of the week.
That’s $400 I don’t have because we just spent $2900 two days ago on our 4 year old pups ACL repair. I’m never ever ever going to catch a break it seems.
Oh and the $25k doors I ordered 279 days ago that were supposed to be installed in June and were PROMISED to be installed on Sunday day are now not coming until sometime next week. Which once again makes me a liar to my team because the install company is like “lol my bad.”
I’m hanging on by a fucking thread and it’s not looking great.
