Hanover Ave block party?

My friends and I are trying to figure out the best places to go for Halloween. We wanna dress up, and be somewhere where most ppl are too. I was told Hanover Ave has a block party every year, but we’re down to go anywhere. Thank you!

Hanover Ave is lots of kids, I would say to check out the Halloween parade that starts in Monroe Park instead if you don't have any ankle biters of your own

I'd say it's still worth taking a stroll down Hanover. Most of the houses go all out and it's cool to see.
