Salem at SinnerG, Ashley at Yellow Bird, Joey at Heroes & Ghosts, I personally did not like what I saw at River City Tattoo on the piercing side of things. If you're looking for more heavy body mods then DC and Philly will be your best bets.

Joey at Heroes and Ghosts is also excellent. I’ve gotten pierced at River City Tattoo, Yellow Bird, and Heroes and Ghosts and I think Joey was my absolute favorite to get pierced by. Very inclusive, kind and sweet, and just did an excellent job overall. Just my 2 cents

river city tattoo. went there for my first piercing (yes, it was a septum piercing lmao) and it was painless. she didn't even use numbing solution.
