Well I am vegan and gluten-free so it's a limited amount of things but it's always been very oily

I think coconut milk can cause that reaction in some people. That's used in most curries in thai cooking.

iThaiz off Lucks makes a mean Tom Yum. I like getting it as the "noodle soup" with Tom Yum broth and tofu. Is vegan.

Leek & Thistle, down in the Bottom, when they have it. Their take-home, netflix & warm-up menu is seasonally-driven because they buy from local farmers, so it changes.
