Get about 10 or so friends together and pick it up with those heavy duty moving straps. Probably dont even need that many people. What could go wrong.

You only need to lift the front, slide in some 4” pvc and use a roller system to move it pretty easily.

It's really easy on pavement, but might be hard if the ground is rough.
Would probably need only 3-4 people and 3-4 pieces of PVC pipe (not corrugated drain pipe). Shed would also need floor joists of some sort both left-right and front-back so that the pipes don't simply drop between them when you try to turn the shed.

I’ve never moved something as large as a shed but I’ve moved full raised planters, hot tubs, other dumb stuff over bumpy and uneven ground without much fuss.
If the pipes are longer than the shed is wide it’ll roll pretty well.

That last point is the main reason I’m looking for someone with machinery to move it. The bottom of the shed is 3 beams that run perpendicular to the direction that I want to move it. I think it would make the roller method a real pain unless I’m thinking about something very incorrectly.

My wife and I moved our shed across an uneven backyard with pvc pipes. We jacked it up using our car jacks, attached a 2x6 board underneath the joists (basically gave the shed a ski on each side), slid the pvc pipes underneath, then pushed.

I think you've got it. You'd somehow have to add a perimeter beam to the two open sides.
Might ask one of the companies that sell the sheds new.

That’s how we moved a pool table when I was a kid. Bought a pony keg and the ticket to the party was helping move the thing.
