Just got out of a forced group interview with a company called Revival Restoration.

Applied and got an interview for a non sales office job they had on indeed and got dumped into a 40 person sales job sales pitch.

I asked if I was in the right interview only told off with an additude.

Please be careful when applying for the company. None of their posts on indeed match the job description.

One would hope there’s a way to report them on Indeed and other job listing sites. Skeevy af, thanks for the heads up.

I don't have time to waste on fake jobs like this. Ive been stood up my Micheals and Son's twice now for zoom interviews. Make an appointment with me. I'd be alone on the call for 30 minutes and theyd never show

Better yet, they will hire you as a salesman and then run you around racking up deals and fire you before paying any out. Josh is a straight up con artist, and his man Steve isn't any better

How bizarre.

Out of curiosity, I looked them up on Google Maps and can’t help but notice they have very few reviews (exactly 7), all of them 5-stars, and all of them added within the last couple months.

Even if all their reviews are legit, what a strange way to run a company.

A lot of sales idiots do make 6 figures, but it usually is either people who have been in their position long enough to have tons of referrals, or SaaS or medical device sales. I personally know people making 200K or more a year in sales

That said, yeah a lot of people will throw out 6 figures in the interview to bait naive people into taking the job when realistically newbies will starve to death before they make 6 figures in a 100% commission based job

"From insurance carriers intentionally not paying out on claims owed to unqualified insurance claim specialists negotiating on the behalf of homeowners resulting in underpaid claims and poor roofing systems being installed."

Guess what buddy, contractors cannot legally negotiate insurance claims, only a licensed public adjuster can. Insurance companies are sick of these scumbags and are getting reported to the Virginia DPOR and state police.

OP what kind of job are you looking for?

Customer service management or any entry level office job. Some guy was trying to shoot me over hamburgers and I need out of fast food. I've already been handling all the back office paperwork purchase ordering on boarding training. I know how to do all of this over several different businesses and I've got the phone voice of a robot.

I've been keeping an eye out for the local big names but they all want degrees for things I've already been doing for years. I keep getting screwed by fake jobs. 3 so far I've gotten the job only for the pay to be no where close to what i was told in the being.
