Is that the building right by the McDonalds and Exxon? Don’t know anything about the building itself but would not recommend that spot

Correct. I live further down in shockoe bottom but would not live in that building. Between crazy traffic to the interstate, murder McDonald’s and exxon, etc. it’s one of the last places I’d live.

imo i go to that exxon and mcdonalds pretty frequently and its fine. you're not going to get robbed but you will get hassled for cash (like 10% of the time)... that's like the most that ever happens.

Traffic only sucks there during rush hour.
