If it's a VCU Health badge you can take it to the security office in main hospital and they'll make sure it gets to the right person.

Ive done this before. If it's a hospital badge, take it to Gateway or any VCU PD building and they will take care of it. Student badges go to McGlothlin next door.

And if you aren't near the main hospital a lot, there's a mailing address for where to send these if found. I've gone that route as well.
