About an hour ago I drove past a couple of people near 6204 Lakeside Ave holding "FREE WHOLE CHICKENS" signs. Anyone know what that's all about? (I didn't want to stop in an unfamiliar area and an unknown situation and end up having to deal with a sales pitch or something.)

My neighbor has free chickens. There's no sign or anything but he lets them wander into everyone's yards. I'm assuming they're free idk
