Parking isn’t really an issue in this location. Not like north of the river.

Also the article says they’re adding 20 parking spaces.

a couple of proposals from vague recollection that the neighborhood shot down. There was a big push against having apartments there. Which I think is nuts

If I remember correctly the previous plan was to tear it down and build a bunch of two/three story townhouses or apartments. This plan was not popular. This new plan seems like a great compromise.
