The "how" is pretty easy to figure out when there's nothing on the news. It's been a bad couple of days. Be kind to one another.

No comment to the majority of your statement. But the ‘experience’ you receive at RAA is not a right of passage. It does not offset the poor conditions and pay that the organization has.

It’s not your employer that is reflected in your experience, it’s you.

See a lot of first responders on here. Just want to say thanks to all of you out there who work so hard especially during the holidays when we are all with our families. This includes the dispatchers, nurses, docs, and hospital staff, tow truck drivers, VDOT response guys, and anybody I am leaving out. Giving Thanks for all of y'all out there.
