Talk to me about local holiday takeout & dessert options

This is our first time hosting family for Christmas, and we also happen to have a 4 month old. We’re trying to outsource a lot of our entertaining meals, specifically Christmas dessert and a few dinners/heavy apps throughout the weekend.

So, what are some of the best, fancy takeout or pre-order desserts, dinners, and apps ? I feel like tons of local places do special holiday meals and orders but I’ve never paid too much attention because we’ve always traveled for the holiday. I also know a lot of places seem to open up orders in advance and I don’t want to miss the window!

Bonus points for a local place that makes sticky toffee pudding.

Leek & Thistle on East Main Street! Soups, dips, starters, mains, sweets, all frozen ... Fresh stuff too, ready to eat - plus a wine/sake/aromatized bar with a short menu.
