Like McFlare, the 'emergency' services part, specifically the millions on PD stations.

Yeah, I wish I could have seen a better explanation of why that was needed. Still, I for one am a fan of getting police out of the parking lot of Fest and 3 daycares.

I did see that in the eastern part of the county, they are still using some ancient fire stations that seem to really limit fire response time. All for those upgrades.
