Stay away from Helping Hands. I work for a mobile practice and there are tons of good brick and mortar places in the area as well, I would honestly just start calling around to get estimates. The price will likely depend on exactly what your cat needs.

Why should I stay away from HH? Genuinely curious

They’ve had multiple fines/cases with the Virginia Department of Health Professionals/Board of Veterinary Medicine with several cases resulting in death or life altering injuries to the pet - these can be seen on the VA DHP website’s case decision lookup. I cannot say much more on a public thread but I promise you, it’s not worth the risk.

Seconding Jones' OP, just so you know it can take a while to get in if you're a new client so if it's not an urgent dental need then his practice is absolutely worth the wait. All of our pets go to him and several have already had dentals through him.

I also go to Dr Jones. Was just in there Friday. He said they are up to 9700 clients so new patient appointments are scarce. He also mentioned that if a current long time client refers you you're more likely to be worked in. He also hinted at hoping to expand the practice soon

Fair! And every time I post a recommendation I'm aware that I'm helping drive that number even higher. :(
