Trying to find a place to snag a few pair of dress pants for a good price. Unfortunately with hall tree and goodwill second chance closing their aren’t many men’s consignment shops. Any suggestions?

It's a Man's World (100 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23220) is a good bet. I got a cool blazer there for like $15, and it has a ton of consignment dress clothes for men (I think the owner said it was the largest men's consignment shop in VA? Or the only one? Something like that).

It's fancier (and typically pricier) than goodwill, but it's also better quality.

May want to try “The Clothes Rack” just east of Carytown - not sure how much of a men’s selection they have though

Don't know your budget, timeline, or how fancy you need to be but I've bought some decent deals on dress pants on sale at Kohl's and Target in the past. Costco actually has some decent pairs too.

I’m a size 28/28 and I can never find thrifted pants that fit me :(

Check the womens section (not making a joke just a helpful tip; pants are unisex anyway)

Except the pockets are usually comically shallow. 🙄

Yeah that is a huge annoying problem with women’s pants that I have no solution for except get a cute purse lol

West End Thrift on Broad sometimes has nice men’s things. Like most other thrifts, it’s completely hit or miss.

The goodwill at Horsepen & Broad has a pretty good men's wear section.
