I had some friends encounter him on the same block as PBR. 2 friends had separate encounters and didn’t realize it until we got together and talked about this creep. This happened about 2 weeks ago.

With the cops clearly not doing anything to try and catch this guy (what a surprise), nothing is going to be resolved until someone actually physically catches this guy and handles it themselves especially when he doesn't get spooked by cameras, returns to the same places, and obviously wants people to see him.

Some are downvoting me, but what do you want to happen? The guy is a blatant threat to people in the area and nothing is being done about him.

he was def in a back alley on boulevard last week between grayland and parkwood right outside an apt window. saw him and got bad vibes immediately and waited a while for him to leave before going back to my apt.

A creepy dude was banging on doors and smashed lights at 3 am at Georgetown village apts (Hamilton rd between monument and Patterson) a couple weeks ago. the complex sent a letter out to residents. Obviously can’t prove it’s the same dude, but has the intent to lure people out in common.

If it’s who I think it is, he has a criminal record already. I believe it’s the guy that used to sleep under Blackbyrd next to Garden Grove. I believe his name is Kevin? I don’t recall a last name. If it’s him…he is a menace and extremely volatile.

Did you call the police and report a suspicious person? Do not hesitate to call them. I'm sure they want to catch this guy just as much as the people in this post. They can at least identify the person so if things do escalate they have a person of interest.

I mean obviously this guy deserves to be caught, but the last thing the city needs is for busy bodies to be laying beat downs to people in the streets. Yes if this person is actively assaulting someone or looking in a window exposing himself, etc by all means stomp his ass. I just can see someone totally innocent that looks vaguely like the suspect and perceived to be acting suspicious and some vigilante that watched the movie Kick Ass comes along and mobs them.

Leave it to the cops. Observe and report til they get there. Give a good description and accurate location. I'm sure they want to get this guy just as badly. The cops also have protections from civil liability and prosecution where regular citizens do not. You can be sued and possibly face charges for false arrest or injury.

1
