She's the most experienced candidate and, unlike Morrissey, I feel like I can rely on her to vote with other Democrats in the House. Plus, she won't be the public relations nightmare on the national stage that Morrissey would be.

It's been a nightmare since lunch. My wife and I have tried repeatedly to vote today and can't even get in to park to vote (Chesterfield). Currently heading to Petersburg hoping it's better :(. It's surreal wanting to vote this bad in a primary and not being able to because of logistical issues.

Voted around 7 at Dogtown Dance and it was super quick and easy. Kudos to all the people that worked hard to get everything set up in time. I have to do a site visit and I absolutely hate it. I don't function in the cold and I dislike leaving the house and driving anywhere.

If you're headed to vote, be kind to the volunteers. Im just leaving my first ever shift working the polls, and it's a lot. We have little info or authority. Just there trying to help. Complaining to volunteers just wastes their time and slows things down. So be patient, maybe get to know people in line, they are all our neighbors after all. Happy voting!

Getting my holiday depression this week - dad passed a few years ago so this time of year just feels sad. I really only find joy in giving gifts to my mom and siblings.

Since it is a firehouse primary, it isn’t following typical voting procedures.

Husband got there a little before 4:30ish and the line was a mile long just to park. It took about 45 minutes to get to the parking lot but apparently curbside voting is a thing over there now at this point so he's doing that.

Absolute shit show trying to get over to Diversity Thrift. Once you turn onto Sherwood it’s about a 20+ minute wait to even get halfway down the street. Guessing we’ll be waiting for parking for over an hour, plus however long it takes to stand in line. Would suggest any of the other polling places if you are still looking to vote this evening.

Even if you don't have a photo ID, you can still vote provisionally. That means your vote won't be counted unless it's close, and then all the provisional votes are tallied. Still worth showing up!

I haven't updated my license and while the poll worker had to call someone over because he didn't know what to do—I was one of the first ones there—they ended up just confirming that the address I wrote down was my current address. I was able to vote.

fuck, i’m sorry that happened. if you’re not familiar with the area, you wouldn’t know it is possible to go around into the parking area at the elementary school next door and walk in.

i think they were doing curbside voting and that place was just not built for it. should have been able to direct such a gross affront to the environment to a larger space like the high school bus loop. they are not prepared for the car crush there to get voters in, just to get cars through the area.

Genuinely can't tell which district I'm supposed to be in, whether I'm actually district 04 (that's what it says on my registration) or if that's an error.

I live near J Sarge's Parham Road campus, and when I put my address into House.gov's "Find my representative" tool, it says I'm in VA-07. When I look at a map of VA-07, I am fully inside of VA-07. So I don't understand how my registration for the same address has me in VA-04? I looked up a congressional district map here and yeah in this too I'm fully inside 07.
