I've done 3 inspections with Rich and he is awesome! Very thorough, friendly, and took time to answer all of my super specific questions

Used Capitol Home Inspections. They did this right. One dude showed up and started then 30-40 minutes later another guy showed up and start double checking the first guy. Took a few hours (bring a water bottle and a folding chair) but then they answered questions we had and sent everything in a detailed email that included everything found that was wrong. 11/10 would use them again.

John from HouseMaster was great for us. Very thorough, took the time to review his findings and was available for questions even after. His final report was detailed and organized with lots of reference photos.
