hey yall, just moved out of a little apartment off 19th street, and I'm looking to fill it with a new person! as per the agreement of the lease, I am responsible for finding a sublet prior to moving out (unless I want to continue paying the rent), and upon moving out, my property manager will begin advertising the unit. so if anyone is interested, this is a good chance to be first in line before the unit goes back on the market. edit: Idk why I left out so many details, rent is 995, all utilities except electric are included, electric averaged about 100 bucks for me, Street parking is available, I never had too much trouble finding a spot. also, this property does allow pets

Adding the price per month would be good. No reason to hide it and it saves possible interested parties time.

the lease is until April 15th, although you would of course be able to renew it
