My sermon to people considering these subscription fitness cults is that the program isn’t necessarily the secret sauce. Almost all of them deliver an intense workout. Results are primarily driven by consistency in practice from the participant. So, pick the one closest to home/with the most of your pals/the hottest instructors or whatever the thing is that makes you go back.

Used to go 2x/week. Loved it. Great 1hr workout and convenient times. It's all about working towards your individual goals and not comparing yourself to others. Highly recommend.
