My plan is to make a chicken burrito bowl. Wrap it in some tortillas, and hope they’ll last a week.

If you’ve got a ton left, wrap them tortillas up in parching paper, freeze them, then take them out and microwave when you want.

Usually make 10-12 breakfast burritos once a month and freeze them for easy access.
