Title says it all. I love baking all things sourdough, and want to see if fresh milled or local grains are available anywhere. Any suggestions are welcome!

Good foods grocery in bon aire has a machine with two types of wheat and it grinds the wheat in front of you, kinda like a coffee grinder.
