Title says it all. I love baking all things sourdough, and want to see if fresh milled or local grains are available anywhere. Any suggestions are welcome!

Wade's Mill is about 2 hours away from here in Raphine. You can get their flour at some specialty shops in Charlottesville, or order from their website - the drive down to the location is pretty as well if you're ever itching to go for a drive. https://www.wadesmill.com/about/find-our-products/

Good foods grocery in bon aire has a machine with two types of wheat and it grinds the wheat in front of you, kinda like a coffee grinder.
