Not a spa but the twin hickory YMCA has both a steam room and sauna right next to each other.
However some patrons use the sauna to exercise so you’ll even have a show!

Lol. There was a sauna exerciser at the Y when I lived in SW Virginia. She reported me to the front desk for just wearing a towel in the sauna. They informed her that clothing was not required in the sauna and just gave me a heads up. I sat on my towel as Freya intended from then on. She stared daggers at me, sweating to the oldies in spandex AND SHOES in a goddamned sauna. The shoes killed me.

The JCC had both in the men’s locker room at least, but I haven’t been a member for years, so can’t confirm it’s all still open.

If you'd be willing to try desert heat instead of water check out Purify on Patterson Ave. They have a really nice set up and you can get a good deal as a new client. Not any full bath houses around here that I know of other than the Y :)
