Judging from the replies by the OP, this appears to be more of an advertisement than a warning. I’d recommend reporting it for hateful content.

Is that what you would do? No surprise the person who limits their view of this to one of only two options would post this, and farm out the reporting of it to others, because they not quite sure. Maybe the replies are based on the helpful suggestions of people responding, that aren't really helpful.
