I don't think it's funding. Waukeshaw Development, the umbrella org that is owned by the same owners (Dave McCormack & co) as Beales, Trapezium, Demolition Coffee, and a bunch of other successful entities, have deep pockets. They are doing several development projects throughout Virginia, so maybe they're spread thin on a project management or manpower level.

Yeah, that's the sort of generic non-answer I'm expecting, and kind of the answer they've given in the past when I've inquired. Maybe they'll surprise us this time!
