How can I get tested for long Covid ? Like it seems regular doctors don’t even try.

There aren’t agreed upon bio markers yet which is partially why research like this is so important

I came across an article the other insinuating that a very possible potential bio marker is the microbiota layout within the gut microbiome.

Yeah, biomesight who is one amongst many investigating this. If given a stool of long Covid in a mix of stool from common people, they could accurately identify who’s is the long Covid one. There are very specific imbalances in the microbiota species

James Patterson MD does some blood testing but insurance doesn’t cover it and it’s expensive. Go over to r/covidlonghaulers there’s mixed reviews on him.
