People lost 4 lbs in 3 months eating the low carb bread. People over 55 lost 5 lbs.

There's a lot of fiber in that bread. I wonder if the people who lost weight simply didn't absorb the same amount of calories as the people who were eating normal bread, because normal bread is easier to digest.

I'd suggest it was that the low carb bread was about 1/10 the carbs of the regular bread. And the amount of fat was much higher in the low carb bread.
