I wonder if this is why everyone is in such a good and sociable mood around the holidays?

How does this relate to daylight savings?

There is no reference to daylight savings in the post or article anywhere that i can find.

Why would you think it relates to daylight savings?

Not that it’s related directly but I’m wondering what daylight savings does to what is otherwise a biological mechanism for handling seasonal change.

Are we doing ourselves a disservice? Time change always messes me up. Do we have the science to support removing it, finally?
