Yes I’ve read that EPA and DHA can both lower inflammation in the body.

It wouldn't surprise me. A ton of depression and mood disorders are linked to inflammation.

man omega 3 supplements are really underrated, the difference in my joint health is night and day when I don't take em and I feel like it slightly lowers feelings of anxiety due to its inflammation healing components.
