I've read about treating certain skin cancers with CBD oil and they healed off completely.

Not sure how valid those results/experiences were though.

While interesting, it definitely warrants much more data, with larger human trials before a strong correlation can be stated.

Definitely, but that's why I said the above. I've seen it mentioned here and there over the years. That study with the first google result btw.. At least it seems promising.
