They should study how cocaine affects the brains of people with ADHD because it doesn't have the same effect on us as it does on neurotypicals. Anecdotally, none of my friends with ADHD get a high from coke (sample size 8).

I get no kick from cocaine, and a couple of ADHD friends have suggested that I have it, but I took on online test that said I didn't. I'm in my late 60s, so it's probably moot at this point anyway.
