Micro Meat, a Y Combinator company, is going to develop a cultivated meat system for use aboard Orbital Assembly's space hotel. The system will use cells from a variety of animals to create meat that is nutritious and safe to eat. The company is working with partners to test the system in space, and they hope to have it operational within a few years.

Meat is mostly water. To make this meat in space, they are using water recycling.
