I think at most full dive is further away than ai that can create any game/show/movie/book/experience. I believe both of these will be developed in the next decade or two.

Basically after AGI any of this is possible. Think we will get games movies etc within 2 years then AGI. Or we get AGI soon and all this follows including full dive. As soon as we get AGI we get BCI's and if we get BCI's and AGI we get full dive.
