Exactly... youtubers, actors, models, musicians, etc will be easily extrapolated, digitized, and modifiable. You could just direct an algorithm to analyze someone like Lex Fridman and have him interview countless clones of himself. The world is not ready or aware of this at all

Copyright laws want to have a word with you…..there definitely would be federal laws stopping that so misinformation and people identities don’t be changed…..some states like California and Texas ban deepfake laws and that’s just silly facial swap if digital easy replicable videos ever happen which I doubt they will there will be heavy restrictions

unless they get AI to start coding up the laws on the blockchain

and then ofc at that point we've already literally proven that human ran/led institutions cannot keep up with the pace of technological advancement/disruption

Why does it matter if we proven something or not either way either if this tech ever comes true and people have easy access to it then counter tech will definitely be available to stop majority of disruption….you can already deepfake and face swap easily yet nobody does this
