Yes, it would make sense that the Tesla Bot would pale in comparison to other more advanced robotics like at Boston dynamics if it's purpose is to be mass manufactured. It makes sense but it doesn't rectify the underlying cause for skepticism .
This is not a politically charged statement against Elon Musk. I appreciate that he is trying to advance technology. BUT it is an EMPIRICAL FACT that Elon has greatly exaggerated about his companies before, and has failed to deliver technology on time or with the promised quality. Lest people be reminded about the Cyber Truck which is still not out yet.
Yes there are plausible explanations for the Tesla Bot being at this stage, but they do not excuse Musk's deceptive history.
Keep in mind I'm not saying that the Tesla Bot will go nowhere; I hope that within five years every household has a Tesla Bot cheaper than a car. HOWEVER, don't get your hopes up. you're setting yourself up for disappointment.
