So? Why would a physical difference have anything to do with wether or not different system can be conscious?

Evidence that it is not. Not just by empirical means to say. I mean the differences I am talking about are corely missing from these computers.

Consciousness isn't material. It's not a substance but an information pattern. As long as you can run that pattern, the underlying mechanism is irrelevant.
