Well I don’t think the near future will necessarily be utopian in the slightest, but there is plainly a limit to what the elite are capable of getting away with. When they cross the line, the proles always bring out the guillotines and that is what would happen again if the 1% are stupid enough to try to “get rid of” the masses. If a dystopian scenario happens, it is more likely to be as a result of nuclear war or something that reduces the level of technology.
