Pretty much, it assembles from the molecules, so as long as you have the raw material, your good to go

Such potential for learning and problem solving skills is my favorite thing about AI. I can only imagine if they were fully let free to make better AI who's better at making better AIs and so on, aka a high level of constant self updating. The exponential speed of growth for these skills is out of my limited comprehension, so are the results of it. This world as we know it will be no more in a future not as far as our society might think.

A single one obviously would take forever to build anything useful, but could hundreds of these "arms" be in use at the same time, on the same object?
