I do own a piece of land plus a house but I could imagine sharing if I can also share the financial responsibility (the prices of heating and electricity have gone insane since the beginning of the Russia/Ukraine war and the destruction of Nord Stream, and I am thinking of reconsidering owning a house as a good way to live).
