The more you learn about space, the more you should leave the idea of 'a God'. So what about the 'heat death' makes you think that you lost the 'sauce'? Do you actually study, or are you just an interested reader on Wikipedia or Reddit?
I mean its so wild that i cant compute. How do you compute with all of this? Can you truly?
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to you.
Neil De Grasse Tyson (I think)

I fk w/ that

apparently you arent, because you are unsatisfied with the "dead end" and are opting to believe in god over it.

What ever it doesnt mean to you.

The more I learn about life the more I realize just how important it is to not tell people what they should and shouldn't learn as they harmlessly go through the process of expanding their mind.
Maybe we shouldn't push ideas on people and stick to just ruthlessly trashing their low effort posts instead.
You want a discussion on this topic, but your major contribution seems to be: “Like, wow, man! Space is so vast! How can I even? Heat death? Yo! Clearly, then, God, right?” Kind of a non-starter, mate.
Let’s pick a starting point. In your mind, what, specifically about space requires a creator? Bonus: what does that tell us about said creator?”
Its just something you think about in your mind you know ? Space as we can explain it reaches a dead end which is very unsatisying, and you can either accept it as that or in my case be mind fucked trying to think about it. Im not worshipping any formal god by any means, the post is kind of tongue in cheek, but its like what else can you do but wonder u know
NO. The lack of understanding is not proof of god.
Understanding of what, exactly ?
Go away, stop wasting everyone's time.

Says the person who deleted their comments when they started losing the argument
Dude, you are the one not giving straight answer, not the other guy.
The other guy seems sane, you.. do not. Or rather, you come across as a bitter kid who thinks he’s smarter than he is. Doesn’t mean you are, but that’s what you act like.
Space reaches a dead end?
Yes, where have you reached ?
This is a misconception. There are limits to where we can theoretically travel, because space is expanding and light is the speed limit, but the shape of the universe is a question that has been examined at length. FF to the end, and the concept of an “end of the universe”, as a place one could theoretically travel to, while cool conceptually for sci-fi, isn’t really a thing.
OP why do people point at God when they don't understand stuff? Are you deeply religious in some way?
I'm not required to understand the universe to enjoy my experience in it, not that I can tell. If you believe, why tell us? And if you don't believe, why tell us?
I'm legit starting to crack at the edges about humans and what they believe, does it show? :-). Genderless dude, I am truly glad that you feel good about something you believe. But it's your belief, and that's a private thing, no?
What understanding of the Universe do you have which leaves you satisfied?
That it exists. That i exist within it, or at least it feels that way. I can experience pleasure, i can experience and (theoretically) learn from experience. I can enjoy the company of others.
I am satisfied with my experience within this universe, all the pains and pleasures. :-)
I mean yeah
Grinz. God doesn't need my belief. I don't need god's either, unless god decides to tell me different personally. Which is perfectly fine. In the meantime, I'm trying to figure out what humans are capable of. Can we move from fear forward? Can we finally stop caring if labradors mate with poodles? We're all humans, and we should behave to each other as such.
That's called god of the gaps and is a logical fallacy
Thank you for giving me something to google never heard of it before i like it tho
All of the logical fallacies are really interesting. Once you are aware of them, you will be amazed at how often they pop up and how easy they are to fall for.
Your statement will become more interesting/meaningful when you define the god space/heat death leads you to believe in.
Lotsa drugs involved to go there, if i think heat death is wild imagine actually computing the idea of god
I believe the only higher power that exists, is the energy of the universe. Far & beyond what we can see.
Do you believe in ghost and stuff like that in a general sense ?
No. I do think it would be kinda cool if whatever we become, carbon dust, spirit dust, etc., that we return to space and get to start evolution all over again, from the very beginning like we did here, but on a planet other than Earth.

A lot of the things like heat death are just a theory. But many things in space that have predicted using math or the likes have become something discovered later, like black holes and gravitational waves
Not having a concrete beginning, end, or reason why can drive any man mad
youre trying REALLY hard to appear and sound smart, but with every comment you make and every insult you toss, you make it clear that you fall very short.
Like what exactly ?
not even an appropriate response to what i said. its time for you to go away.
The question is, does Brahman believe in you?
[removed]
Um. Okay. And you are telling us this because...?

The fact that there are things that can not be understood is not proof of god. knock it off.
Not proof that it isnt either 😏
Ochams razor. The more assumptions one must make about an explanation the more likely it is to be false. To believe in a higher power I’d have to make to assume many things (things I don’t currently believe in) are true without being able to prove it. Therefore, I’ll lean on the explanation with less assumptions and more facts. I’m of the belief man created god. Not the other way around.

I do accept the our universe’s existence is currently beyond our scientific comprehension. There are things we don’t understand yet, but the concrete evidence we do have gives me plenty of solace knowing this is where we are as a species in our cosmic neighborhood. It is exactly what it is.
you are not clever. Go away.
