Hidden Binary Message Inside Orion Capsule Easter Egg?

Like the Mars perseverance parachutes with a hidden binary message "Dare Mighty Things"; seems there may be one in the Orion capsule. Can anyone decode / figure this one out shown below from the official NASA image inside Orion released today?

It spells out “CHARLIE” in Morse. My guess is for Charles Bolden, who is a former NASA astronaut and administrator.

Much more likely Charlie Blackwell-Thompson, NASA's first female launch director for the mission. The whole program is being used to put first women in places.

Reading bottom to top it says CHARLIE in morse code.

*Edit - I see I am about 3rd or 4th to conclude this!
