The deceleration thing doesn't really matter, because the 80 km/h is already an average speed so it's included. I also think it would be negligible.
Average:
3600 s/h • (384400 km / 80 km/h) + 230•(30 s +40 s +22 s+10 s ) = 15,683,460 s ≈ 4.356 h ≈ 182 days ≈ 0.5 years
384400 km is the average distance to the moon

There's actually a slight numerical error because I imputed 800 not 400 km, but I'll correct it. I might also do minimum and maximum distances.
