Who gave them the right ? I imagine whichever group of astronomers started it decided on the name.

If you’re wanting to know under what legal authority they demoted Pluto as a planet, it all falls under the jurisdiction of bird law.

The better question is who is going to stop them? Pluto tried and look what happened. Demoted. Revealing pictures published everywhere. You think they don’t have pictures of Uranus? Think again.
