Interestingly, LeBron was NBA scoring champ only once, and Kareem, twice. Gervin won 4, Wilt, 7, Jordan, 10. Sometimes slow and steady really does win the race. Durant has won 4, but it doesn't look like he'll be winning any more, and he's way off LeBron's pace for the all-time record.

I wouldn’t really call 27 ppg slow and steady though. Durant has the same career ppg as lebron, and has only averaged more than 30 twice.
