Also he is usually reading reports as they are written most the time which is hard to prove as spreading KNOWN lies (which everything points to it all being true anyways).

Fun fact: some jurisdictions have a defamation defense just like that called libel-proof plaintiff. Pretty much the argument is the plaintiff’s reputation is already destroyed so the defendant’s false statements couldn’t have made it worse.

For people in the public eye its even harder.

First you have to prove they lied. Pat didn't lie, he said allegdy. Second Brett did get the money, those are facts.

Next you gotta prove it harmed you. But this doesn't matter if you can't prove it was a lie.

These guys are technically bloggers,they learned about the allegations after they were reported by the media and so are no different then the rest of the public who speaks about those allegations they just so happen to be on youtube....Favre is gonna lose and have to pay his and their lawyer fees and court fees and filing fees...he's a football player not a genius 😂
