Nah it’s the team that represents the islands in the Caribbean (known as the West Indies). Including Haiti, Jamaica, Barbados, Cuba etc

Haiti and Cuba aren't in Windies Cricket.

West Indies Cricket is made of:

Jamaica
Trinidad and Tobago. Guyana
St. Kitts and Nevis
Barbados
Antigua and Barbuda
St Lucia
Dominica
St Vincent and the Grenadines
Granada

Along with this, some territories from other countries also are part of the federation and the team: St. Martin, Montserrat, Virgin Islands, and Anguilla.
