I disagree. Wickets do have value in T20 but I get what you are trying to say, it’s just that, when faced with the choice, I would defo choose to see sixes being hit all around the park instead of 3 wickets in the first over triggering an unstoppable storm of boredom for the entirety of the remaining game.

I remember when t20 was shown no interest at all and didn’t seem to fit in well with other formats of cricket. Now, I believe it’s a lot more balanced with cricket entertaining fans of all tastes.

Yep, to each their own. To me T20 is kind of an irrelevance in that I don't follow ateam, so dont care who wins and I don't think I've ever watched a full game of it. Whenever i have watched any it just seems to consist of sixes being slogged over cow corner or edges going for 4. I do think some of the fielding improvements and development of new batting techniques have been interesting though

Plus none of my friends or kids have an interest, but I'm happy for those who do follow it

On the other hand I've regularly watched every ball of a test match and can remember certain matches vividly - because I care about the result
