I don’t. Whether we like it or not sports and the athletes competing in them are used as nationalist propaganda when representing their country.

Propaganda isn’t “anything I disagree with ideologically”. It has a meaning. And Russia engages in it egregiously at a state level.

Eastern Ukraine didnt like that we overthrew their government, they didnt recognize the new Government (Zelensky), so he persecutes them for political reasons. Believe what you want though honestly.
