Didn’t qualify. Canada didn’t do well in qualifying at all, while the US were one match away, but lost to the Netherlands. However the States are guaranteed to play in the next tournament, as they are co-hosts.

Canada are pretty much guaranteed to play the next too, as both Windies and the USA get byes and they've switched to straight regional qualifying (to save money). Consequently Canada and PNG are basically getting their spots handed to them.

Yes and no. They're still a venue, but not involved in organising now. They still get a free pass on qualification though.
